Marketing & Tradeshow Coordinator (Temporary u2013 6-Month Assignment) Location: Brea, CA (Hybrid) Schedule: Mondayu2013Friday In-office Tuesdayu2013Thursday 8am-5pm Pay: $28.80u2013$35.00 per hour (DOE) Position Overview The Marketing & Tradeshow Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting marketing initiatives through successful planning and execution of events, tradeshows, and campaigns. You must have strong organization skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities u2022 Coordinate tradeshows, conferences, and promotional events in partnership with Regional Sales Directors and Marketing. u2022 Manage event logistics including booth setup, shipping, badge registration, insurance, and branding. u2022 Support marketing campaigns by assisting with content creation, asset development, and promotional planning. u2022 Work with Product Managers to create event offers, email communications, and social media content. u2022 Maintain and update marketing collateral, brochures, flyers, and digital assets. u2022 Generate reports and track key metrics for campaign performance. u2022 Organize and maintain sales support materials and coordinate new material production. u2022 Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure successful event execution. u2022 Create spreadsheets to track details for events and campaigns. u2022 Participate in cross-functional meetings with sales, product, and customer service teams. u2022 Follow departmental SOPs, work instructions, safety, and company policies. u2022 Contribute to continuous improvement efforts under the Envista Business System (EBS). Qualifications u2022 Ability to handle shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. u2022 Strong organization, communication, and project coordination skills. Education & Experience u2022 High school diploma or equivalent required; bacheloru2019s degree preferred. u2022 Minimum 3 years of relevant experience required. u2022 Experience with project management tools (ideally Smartsheet). Technical Skills u2022 Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). u2022 Familiarity with marketing tools such as Smartsheet, Showpad, HubSpot, Canva, Sprout Social, or similar. u2022 Ability to quickly learn internal business systems.
