What youu2019ll be doing: u2022 Lead and oversee all aspects of in-store operations and customer experience to ensure high standards of execution and service. u2022 Develop and execute strategic retail initiatives, incorporating new technologies to boost store performance. u2022 Drive achievement of sales and operational KPIs, including sales targets, same-store growth, conversion rate, and average transaction value. u2022 Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams (Finance, IT, Inventory, Merchandising, HR) to resolve operational issues and support growth initiatives. u2022 Create and manage planograms, merchandising strategies, and promotional activities in alignment with brand standards. u2022 Oversee inventory accuracy, implement shrink reduction efforts, and forecast demand to maintain product availability. u2022 Lead compliance with operational policies, procedural manuals, and regulatory requirements. u2022 Drive continuous improvement in store processes and performance outcomes. u2022 Represent SPP in external, client-facing discussions with professionalism and a customer-focused approach. u2022 Negotiate store planning and supply approaches with clients and internal inventory management to optimize revenue generation.
