Description Specialization: Emergency Medicine Job Summary: HCA Florida Kendall South Dade FSED is seeking FT board certified EM Medical Director to join this premier practice along the Florida Atlantic Coast in Miami and cover 2 FSED's at Cutler Bay and Homestead (South). The FSED at South is a 10 bed ED that is supported by and transfers to the sister facility at HCA Florida Kendall Hospital, a level 1 trauma center, burn center, cardiac center, and comprehensive stroke center. FSED Features: + 10,000 annual patient visits per year + 9-bed ED; 1 resuscitation room + POC Comprehensive lab on site + CT and X-ray onsite + US On call 24 hours + Physician coverage u2013 24 hours/day (12 hour shifts) + Peds volume u2013 less than 9% + EMR u2013 Meditech PDOC + Offering occurrence based malpractice insurance with tail coverage + Comprehensive benefits package with medical, dental, vision and 401k
