Description We are looking for an experienced BILINGUAL (Spanish) HR Generalist to join our team in Medley, Florida. In this long-term contract role, you will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. This position offers the opportunity to drive key initiatives, foster a positive workplace culture, and contribute to the growth and success of the organization. MUST BE 100% FLUENT IN BOTH ENGLISH AND SPANISH Responsibilities: u2022 Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, ensuring HR initiatives align with organizational objectives. u2022 Promote a workplace culture based on core values such as safety, trust, respect, accountability, collaboration, and innovation. u2022 Provide coaching and mentorship to managers and employees to support growth and organizational success. u2022 Lead succession planning efforts to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future needs. u2022 Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to enhance the effectiveness of HR strategies. u2022 Partner with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment efforts and attract top talent. u2022 Apply process improvement methodologies to optimize HR processes and ensure alignment with business goals. u2022 Manage and contribute to special projects that drive continuous improvement and organizational initiatives. u2022 Support organizational change initiatives by implementing strategies that yield measurable results. Requirements u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Labor Relations, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field, with at least 7 years of progressive HR experience, or an advanced degree with 5 years of relevant experience. u2022 Proven experience supporting an hourly workforce in a manufacturing environment. u2022 Demonstrated ability to establish trust as an HR business partner, providing coaching and guidance to business leaders. u2022 Experience working in a non-union labor environment is preferred. u2022 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including proficiency in HR data analysis and reporting. u2022 Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely. u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems such as Workday. u2022 Project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
