Deli/Bakery Manager

Sodexo Government is seeking a Deli/Bakery Manager for DECA (Defense Commissary Agency) Pensacola NAS Commissary located in Pensacola, FL. The Deli/Bakery Manager will be managing the operations of a medium sized deli / bakery. Knowledge of deli / bakery operations, including merchandising, ordering and customer service is essential. What You'll Do + manage frontline staff; + oversee deli / bakery operations; + ensure department HACCP and safety programs for regulatory compliance; + foversee rontline training programs, and/or + daily operation standards.
