We are currently hiring for a Project Engineer West Side Baggage to work with our team at the Tampa Airport.u2022 Serves as an assistant to any Project Manager, Project Lead to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the Manager by implementing a myriad of typically technical tasks on an as needed basisu2022 Operates in the office and/or field for administrative duties essential to project deliveryu2022 Becomes familiar with all pertinent Contract documents as well as Project software and controls systemsu2022 Assists in the processing and monitoring of progress payments, submittals, document management / controls and distribution, and general management of project related office support servicesu2022 Stays familiar with Airport Operations, necessary security protocols and Airport notification processes (i.e. SIRs, MCNs, NOTAMs, etc.) so that work can continue in a timely manner. Assists PM as needed in these areas with particular attention to upcoming work efforts that require notifications.u2022 Provides open and honest communication to HCAA Staff and others as required, both oral and written, depending on the situation at hand. Works closely with PM on dissemination of information.u2022 Participates in necessary meetings with Contractor and HCAA staff as needed.Prior baggage project experience requiredProven ability to engage a wide variety of key stakeholders for coordination purposes Strong technical background in various disciplines associated with airport facilitiesWilling and able to work on-site at the Tampa Airport Program Management officeUS CitizenSponsorship is not available for this position.Jacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
