Because when you work for ResourceMFG, you work for a company that treats you well and values your work, a company you can trust.• Day Shift: 6am to 6pm, A&C shift/ 6pm to 6am B&D shift• 15.00/hrWe Require Our Customers to Offer:• Safe and clean work environment• Employee focused workplace• Safety programs and trainingAs a Dispatch/Traffic Control Associate We Offer You:• Paycheck every Friday with direct deposit option• Refer your friends and get a bonus for each one who meets the hours requirement• Medical Benefits and Retirement Plan availableDispatch/Traffic Control Associate Duties include:• Able to validate and verify information contained from bill of laden.• Able to correctly and accurately transfer information into spreadsheet.• Able to Use and log in Military time.• Check-in drivers- check seals, farm samples, etc.• Go through manifest periodically and check accuracy.• Gather information to properly update reports.• Work as part of a team required-skills: Job Requirements as a Dispatch/Traffic Control Associate:• Knowledge of basic math and problem-solving skills.• Knowledge of computer, data entry, and basic office skills.• Ability to follow directions and communicate well with the team.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.• Ability to pay attention to detail.• Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette.• Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, stoop, reach, stretch, step, climb and/or sit frequently or through the duration of the shift. NArequired-experience: 6+ months
