What You'll Do The Vice President, Sourcing & Procurement leads Teradatau2019s Indirect Procurement Function, driving transformation to position procurement as a strategic business partner, optimizing spend, enhancing ESG impact, and minimizing risk Key Responsibilities: + Provide thought leadership on advanced procurement practices and tools. + Develop and execute a strategic vision for procurement as a business partner. + Build and lead a high-performing, world-class team. + Influence stakeholders and partner across functions to implement efficient, integrated processes. + Create and deliver sourcing and category strategies for ongoing cost reduction and business alignment. + Drive leverage and complexity reduction across all categories. + Lead vendor management including negotiation strategies, contract management, compliance, and performance reviews. + Establish and enforce procurement standards, processes, and controls. + Transform third-party risk management and optimize procurement operations for efficiency and scalability. + Expand and scale the global contingent labor program. Who You'll Work With You will work closely with a team of about 22 people, operating rhythm that includes planning cycles, team touchpoints, and stakeholder engagement in order to help address the evolving business needs of internal Teradata functions. This team tracks key metrics like Spend Under Management (SUM) and deal pipeline in order to optimize cost and deliver solid business outcomes. What Makes You a Qualified Candidate + Bacheloru2019s or MBA in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration. + 15+ years of strategic sourcing experience including indirect sourcing and commodity management. + Proven success in procurement transformation and supplier/third-party risk management + Experience building and scaling contingent labor programs. + Advanced knowledge of sourcing, contract lifecycle management, risk management, and procurement software/tools. + Experience in global, publicly traded organizations. Pay Rate: 217300.0000 - 271600.0000 - 325900.0000 Annually Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on geographic location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and candidate experience. Sales roles will be eligible for commission payments tied to quota achievement. All other permanent roles will be eligible for one of our annual incentive plans, which are based on company financial attainment and individual performance.
