Description McFarland Clinic is currently accepting applications for a Business Services Manager for its Ames offices. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients. Responsibilities include: Assisting Business Services Director in the operation and management of the business office with particular focus on claim follow-up, denial management, W/C billing, and corporate billing. Supervises personnel and designs work schedules and assignments. Performs coding and error resolution requiring independent judgement. Education + High School Diploma, GED or HiSET + Associate degree in business or related field preferred Days: Monday - Friday Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Experience + Minimum of 2 years medical office experience + Previous supervisory experience preferred Pre-employment drug screen and criminal history background checks are a condition of hire.
