Will inspect food preparation and serving areas to ensure observance of safe, sanitary food-handling practices.Will weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes or personal judgment, using various kitchen utensils and equipment. Will portion, arrange, and garnish food, and serve food to waiters or patrons. Staying updated on current menu choices, specialties and menu deviations, knowing if the kitchen staff is running out of any items..etc. Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor. Must have some familiarity with basic cooking skills, must have at least 2 years experience. Must adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently.
