Job Description

An Operation Analyst will provide support to the OPS timekeeping and Shared Services organizations. The primary function of this role will involve maintaining and improving upon the daily operations of OPS' timekeeping processes. This includes facilitating regular imports and audits, communicating with both internal and external stakeholders, and analyzing large datasets. This includes facilitating regular imports and audits, communicating with both internal and external stakeholders, and analyzing large datasets. Responsibilities - Monitor shared timekeeping mailboxes, organize correspondence appropriately, and respond/escalate within defined service standards. - Ensure timesheets are accounted for each week by way of systematic collections and imports/entry of timekeeping records from external systems. - Assist with routine audits of external systems ensuring data integrity and accuracy. ```{=html} ``` - Provide timekeeping/system-related support to OPS internal staff, contingent workforce, clients, and staffing partners included but not limited to general system support such as resetting passwords, submitting/correcting/rejecting timesheets, and processing data requests. - Maintain timely and clear communication practices with stakeholders across business units and teams regarding timekeeping updates and processes. - Support internal stakeholder fulfillment of ad hoc data requests. ```{=html} ``` - Configuration of system settings for incoming and transferring resources. ```{=html} ``` - Maintain scheduled reporting and adhering to company deadlines. What a Successful Candidate Brings - Intermediate Excel skills (sorting/filtering, pivot tables, XLOOKUP/SUMIFS). ```{=html} ``` - Experience with other Microsoft 365 applications (OneDrive, Outlook, Word). ```{=html} ``` - Clear written and verbal communication skills with a service mindset. ```{=html} ``` - Ability to organize work and manage competing priorities. ```{=html} ``` - Detail orientation, strong follow-through, and comfort juggling multiple requests. ```{=html} ``` - Strong sense of ownership, process-improvement mindset, positive attitude, and team orientation. - Enjoy working in a team environment with exposure to a widely distributed workforce population. - Familiarity with ATS/CRM such as Bullhorn Staffing. Qualifications - Associate or bachelors degree preferred. ```{=html} ``` - 1+ years of related job experience preferred. ```{=html} ``` - 1+ years of Excel experience required.
