We are looking for a Pharmacy Technician to join us on our journey to make it drastically easier for customers to find, choose, afford, and engage with the services, products, and professionals they need to get and stay healthy An active in-state pharmacy technician license is required to be considered. #everydaybetter Key job responsibilities Core Responsibilities: u2022 Assist pharmacist in filling prescription items, as permitted by the state board of pharmacy u2022 Maintain a safe and clean pharmacy by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations u2022 Work daily with Leadership to ensure the right medications are put in the right packets u2022 Run automated machinery required to pre-sort and package medications u2022 Fill exception trays with appropriate medication u2022 Transition orders through different workflow stages from initial dispense through quality control u2022 Count and fill prescription vials and affix labels on bulk prescription items u2022 Pack and ship completed orders including printing and affixing appropriate labels on dispenser, shipping boxes u2022 Sort and triage the right boxes to ship at the right time u2022 Aid the pharmacy manager and pharmacists with receiving, shipping, counting, and packing u2022 Clean, and help maintain, equipment and work areas u2022 Package medications for dispensing and for delivery u2022 Work a flexible schedule - shifts will possibly start and end outside of normal business hours Physical Requirements: u2022 During Peak/high demand, shifts last up to 12 hours (standard full-time shifts are 8-10 hours) u2022 Standing, bending, reaching above the head, kneeling, crouching and/or stretching u2022 Lifting and moving products up to 49 lbs in weight u2022 Manual dexterity of hands and wrists Basic Qualificationsu2022 Active unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in state of employment u2022 National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA) u2022 High school diploma or equivalent u2022 6+ months of experience working with computer and web-based tools u2022 Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisor. The base pay for this position ranges from $42,120/year in our lowest geographic market up to $60,008/year in our highest geographic market.
