Candidates must be within reasonable commuting distance of ServiceLink's office, and be willing and able to work in-office.Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.A DAY IN THE LIFEIn this role, you will…Research and resolve discrepancies.Communicate with outside agencies, notaries, clients and borrowers.Review Work In Progress reports to ensure completion of assigned work.Address inquiries from clients, borrowers, agents, and internal staff professionally and in a timely manner.WHO YOU AREYou possess …High School diploma or equivalent preferred.Typing/Data Entry skills, 35 wpm to 50 wpm with a 95% accuracy rate.Good communication and customer service skills.Prior mortgage servicing industry experience and knowledge of Title/Close processingResearch and resolution of discrepancies.Knowledge of client, vendor and borrower requirements.Communication with outside agencies, notaries, clients and borrowers.Review Work In Progress reports to ensure completion of assigned work.Address inquiries from clients, borrowers, agents, and internal staff professionally and in a timely manner.Printing reports from established databases.Maintaining accurate records and logs.Reviewing all documentation for 100% accuracy.Knowledge of client, vendor and borrower requirements.Perform duties and responsibilities in a timely manner.Maintain open communication with team members and upper management.Complete Daily Production Reports.Perform all other duties as assignedHigh School diploma or equivalent preferred.Typing/Data Entry skills, 35 wpm to 50 wpm with a 95% accuracy rate.Prior mortgage servicing industry experience and knowledge of Title/Close processing required.Possess good communication and customer service skills.Knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft desktop applications.The ability to obtain factual information and present in an objective manner.
