Peraton is seeking an Integration, Fusion & Portfolio Leadto join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. The ideal candidate willoversee the alignment, integration, and strategic coordination of FAA modernization initiatives across systems, portfolios, and workstreams. Whether you’re supporting safety validation efforts or leading teams on major FAA programs, your work will directly impact the millions of passengers and aviation professionals who rely on safe, efficient airspace operations every day.In this position, you will:Providestrategic oversightof FAA modernization portfolios, ensuring integration across systems and programs.Leadfusion activitiesthat align technical, financial, and operational priorities across workstreams.responsible forsynchronizing program activities, ensuring cross-system interoperability, and providing portfolio-level oversightto maximize efficiency, reduce duplication, and deliver measurable value to the FAA mission. Develop and maintainportfolio roadmapsthat connect enterprise objectives with program outcomes.Ensure cross-systeminteroperability, compliance, and technical consistency.Conducttrade studies, impact assessments, and risk analysesfor integration strategies.Collaborate with FAA leadership, engineers, and program managers to prioritize initiatives.Monitor portfolio performance and providemetrics, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.Support decision-making withdata-driven insights on costs, risks, and dependencies.Facilitatestakeholder alignment and governance forumsto resolve integration issues.Prepare audit-ready documentation, roadmaps, and integration records.Ensure FAA portfolios comply withfederal acquisition, safety, and cybersecurity frameworks.Why This Role MattersAs aviation and federal programs evolve, any weakness in underlying infrastructure can impact operations and service delivery on a national scale.As theIntegration, Fusion & Portfolio Lead, you will ensure that FAA investments are strategically aligned, resources are optimized, and outcomes deliver maximum safety and efficiency. Your leadership directly impacts the FAA’s ability to manage air traffic, enable innovation, and sustain the world’s safest aviation system.Basic Qualifications:U.S. Citizenship Required.Must have the ability to obtain / maintain a Public Trust clearance.Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience or Masters degree and 6 years or Associate’s degree and 10 years experience or HS diploma/equivalent and 12 years experience.Experience in systems integration, portfolio management, or program leadership.Proven experience aligningmulti-program portfolioswith enterprise-level objectives.Knowledge of portfolio management frameworks (PMI, SAFe LPM, or equivalent).Experience insystems integration and enterprise architecture alignment.Strong understanding offederal compliance standards(NIST RMF, FISMA, FedRAMP).Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity withFAA acquisition processes, AMS, and NextGen initiatives.Experience supportingFAA NextGen modernization programsor NAS-related initiatives.Degree in Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.Professional certifications such as PgMP (Program Management Professional), PfMP (Portfolio Management Professional), or CSEP (Certified Systems Engineering Professional).Familiarity with model-based systems engineering (MBSE) and enterprise architecture tools.Background in aviation operations, communications, or safety-critical environments.Experience with federal portfolio governance and strategic investment management.#BNATC#BNATCPeraton is a next-generation national security company that drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
