Working closely with the interdisciplinary team (IDT), you will collaborate on the development and management of personalized care plans focused on symptom management, medication oversight, and providing emotional and spiritual support. You will also educate patients and families about the care process. This role requires a compassionate professional who can work both independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep passion for caring for end-of-life patients.What You Can Expect in This RoleFlex Schedule: Required to work one shift per pay period. Days of the week will vary Mon-Fri 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, may include evening on-call and weekend shiftsLow Visit Requirements:Daily visit requirements below state and national averagesCompensation: Paid hourly which includes drive time and mileage reimbursement for traveling within McCall and its surrounding regionsAdditional Pay: On-call pay and applicable differential payIncentives: Extra cost-of-living incentive for McCall residentsQualificationsEducation: Nursing Degree (ASN or BSN)Experience: At least 1 year of RN experience; Hospice or Acute Care experience preferredLicenses/Certifications: Current RN license in the state of Idaho; Basic Life Support (BLS) certificationOther Requirements: Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insuranceAbout McCall, IDScenic mountain town located in central Idaho, just two hours north of Boise.
