Record identifying equipment function, tags, location, capacities, photos, etc. Trace piping and ductwork onto fieldDeveloping the ability to independently convert field surveys (sourced from self or others) into useable formats for plan and project development. Assist in planning to size, replace, and retrofit new equipment to replace aged or obsoleteOther duties may include copying/printing/scanning, assembly of equipment submittal packages, assistance in preparing work scope, and other tasks asParticipate in the company’s project improvement process by refining standard design practices, calculating spreadsheet templates, updating and establishing standard procedures and practices, and collecting supporting documentation for various projects to be references for futureJob Specifications (incl. Education requirements, minimal experience, computer skills required, etc.)Degreed Mechanical or Energy Engineering engineer2+ years of related experience.Obtained EIT/FE designation. In the process of obtaining PEProficient with AutoCAD, MS Office Suite, and other related softwareComputer savvy, with advanced knowledge of computers and handlingWilling and able to understand and learn newDemonstrated proficiency with energy simulation software.
