As a construction engineering firm proficient in industrial design and construction, our services are enhanced by extensive mechanical engineering capabilities, as well as HVAC, commercial plumbing, and process piping expertise.The HVAC BIM Detailer will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models and shop drawings for HVAC ductwork systems. coordinating with other trades, and supporting the fabrication and installation processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC systems, sheet metal fabrication, and BIM coordination tools.#gowgarEssential responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performing the following regularly or as a backup:Create accurate 3D models using AutoCAD and RevitGenerate detailed shop drawings fabrication and installationUse Navisworks to run clash detection and resolve conflicts with other systemsCoordinate with other trade detailers to ensure integrated designsCommunicate with design teams, contractors, project managers, and field personnelManage project documentation, including submittals, emails, and design changesTroubleshoot and resolve design challenges during coordination and installationTo succeed in this role, the individual must be able to perform the essential duties effectively.
