Our appreciation is shown in many ways, including the wide range of comprehensive benefits we offer.Trustbridge benefits include:Competitive salaryHealth, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability insurance401K with employer contributionTuition reimbursementEmployee Assistance ProgramFlexible Spending AccountGenerous PTO packageHours of operation: 8:30am - 5pmWork Location: West Palm BeachJOB SUMMARYServes as a professional leader in assessing, planning, guiding and evaluating patient care.Interacts with management, physicians, and field staff utilizing a teamwork approach.Assists with training, and evaluation of all team clinical personnelMaintenance/development of the clinical record.Education/Regulatory Requirements:Registered Nurse currently licensed in the State of Florida.BSN preferredHospice certification preferred.Current Basic Life Support Certification.Skills:One year of recent hospice, oncology, medical/surgical, or home health, public/health, geriatric care experience preferred.Expertise in support skills, palliative care, and educational techniques.Basic computer skills and EMR software experience a plus.Demonstrates organizational, administrative and personnel management skills.Understanding of and ability to apply characteristics of Hospice Nursing: case management, crisis intervention, communication skills, teaching skills, thanatology skills and needs.Professional Requirements:Communicates clearly and effectively in writing and orally.Able to work well under stress and deadlines.Language Skills:Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
