Description Medical City Alliance RN NICU Seasonal PRN Program runs from Sept 21, 2025 to April 4, 2026 $62 per hour plus differentials PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS u00b7All seasonal employees are required to work a minimum of 72 hours per pay period during the seasonal period. u00b7Within a close geography, you may be asked to float to another facility that has an emergent staffing need. u00b7Four (4) weekend shifts are required each 4 week schedule period. u00b7During the course of the 32-week period, the employee is required to work two (2) holiday shifts (defined by Department Manager or designee). u00b7Seasonal Staff are PRN status employees and are subject to first call-off. There are no guaranteed hours by the hospital. u00b7Seasonal Staff will not be eligible for benefits, except 401(k) and retirement contribution per the PRN policy. u00b7Seasonal Staff will not be eligible for extra shift bonuses (D1/CND or D2/ECD) u00b7Registered Nurses who are in the Seasonal program will have one opportunity to pass the clinical competency evaluation. u00b7Current employees of Medical City Healthcare and HWS are not eligible for the seasonal program. u00b7Shifts may vary based on the needs of the department.
