Accounts Payable Clerk

Key Responsibilities: + Accurately process and record vendor invoices, ensuring proper coding and approvals. + Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies promptly. + Prepare and process check runs, wire transfers, and ACH payments. + Maintain vendor records, including W-9s and 1099 compliance. + Assist with month-end closing by reviewing accounts payable reports and supporting reconciliations. + Collaborate with other departments to address billing questions or issues. + Ensure invoices align with company policies and procedures. Requirements Qualifications & Requirements: + Previous experience in accounts payable or accounting-related roles preferred, ideally in the hospitality industry. + Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. + Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. + Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. + Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements for AP processing is a plus.
