Paralegal

Description We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join our litigation team. This role focuses on supporting complex litigation cases, requiring someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is skilled at managing multiple priorities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and adept at collaborating with attorneys and senior paralegals to ensure the efficient progression of legal matters. Responsibilities: u2022 Assist litigation teams in managing cases through all stages, from initial filings to trial. u2022 Review, cite-check, and prepare legal documents for court submissions. u2022 Handle electronic filing and service of legal documents while ensuring compliance with court procedures. u2022 Organize and maintain case files, including deposition indexes and production databases. u2022 Support document production efforts and update databases with relevant case information. u2022 Coordinate trial preparations and provide on-site support during proceedings. u2022 Collaborate closely with senior paralegals and attorneys to ensure seamless case management. u2022 Work overtime as needed to meet deadlines and support litigation demands. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 2 years' experience in intellectual property or complex litigation. u2022 Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. u2022 Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. u2022 Proficiency in electronic court filing, motion practices, cite-checking, and formatting pleadings. u2022 Familiarity with discovery processes and document production workflows. u2022 Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and document preparation software. u2022 Excellent verbal and written communication skills. u2022 Experience with case management tools, Adobe Acrobat, and legal research platforms such as LexisNexis.
