Position Details + Pay Range: $24u2013$27/hour (based on experience) + Schedule: Mondayu2013Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM + Location: School sites across Los Angeles County ?? Primary Responsibilities + Deliver direct support to students with behavioral and developmental needs in classroom settings + Assist in implementing individualized education and behavior intervention plans + Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and behavioral specialists to ensure consistent support + Promote a calm, inclusive, and structured learning environment + Reinforce positive behaviors and support studentsu2019 social-emotional development ?? Qualifications + High school diploma or equivalent + 1u20132 years of pediatric experience (preferred) + 1u20132 years of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) experience (preferred) + Must be at least 18 years of age + Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements ??
