What Youu2019ll Do + Assemble electro-mechanical components and final products using BOMs, drawings, and work instructions + Perform soldering, wiring, mechanical fastening, and adhesive application + Route and secure cables and wiring within enclosures + Troubleshoot and rework assemblies to meet IPC and company standards + Inspect assemblies for accuracy and compliance + Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow ESD and safety protocols + Collaborate with team members and support production goals + Work in accordance with AS9100 and company quality systems What You Bring + High school diploma or equivalent + 1u20132 years of experience in electro-mechanical or electronic assembly (aerospace/defense preferred) + Soldering experience required; IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 certification preferred + Ability to read BOMs, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings + Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments + Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship + Effective communication and problem-solving skills + U.S. citizenship required due to export compliance regulations Physical Requirements + Ability to sit or stand for extended periods + Manual dexterity for fine assembly tasks + Lift up to 25 pounds + Use magnification tools and precision instruments About ManpowerGroup, Parent Company of: Manpower, Experis, Talent Solutions, and Jefferson Wells _ManpowerGroupu00ae (NYSE: MAN), the leading global workforce solutions company, helps organizations transform in a fast-changing world of work by sourcing, assessing, developing, and managing the talent that enables them to win.
