Adecco is hiring a Customer Service Representative on behalf of our client in the manufacturing industry This is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to multiple facets of a growing business. We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about providing top-tier client support. Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Pay Rate: $20-22/hr Type: Contract to hire Key Responsibilities: + Provide timely support for purchase order questions, from entry to resolution. + Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure a seamless client experience. + Use tools like Salesforce, Oracle, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams to manage orders and client communication. + Participate in quoting functions as needed. + Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across customer experience, products, and internal processes. Qualifications: + Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. + Associateu2019s degree preferred. + Strong familiarity with purchase order processesu2014including entry, tracking, and resolution. + Excellent communication skillsu2014both written and verbal. + Professional phone etiquette and strong problem-solving capabilities. + High attention to detail with a focus on customer success. + Comfortable working independently and within a team. + Experience with Salesforce, Oracle, or similar platforms is a plus. _Apply now for immediate consideration_ Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
