Reports to Manager, FP&A. This role is based in downtown New York City. Hybrid 3 times a week in office Responsibilities Forecasting and Budgeting u00b7 Support business unit Finance Directors in creating regular financial forecasts in line with Publicis Groupe schedule u00b7 Analyze monthly and annual financial results, providing commentary on variances to forecast u00b7 Ensure accuracy of information in Groupe financial software (Hyperion Financial Mgmt u2013 HFM & Anaplan) u00b7 Develop expertise in financial software to regularly update data and distribute financial reports u00b7 Share information to support strategic planning across Finance and other departments General & Administrative (G&A) costs u00b7 Provides monthly reporting of G&A costs to budget holders across different departments. u00b7 Works across agency to get costs coded to proper account and budget. u00b7 Analyze actual costs to budget and understand variances and key drivers. Management Reporting u00b7 Supports Finance and Executive leadership by compiling and analyzing data to create business insights u00b7 Assists with presentations (charts, graphs, etc) of financial information to agency leadership u00b7 Creates reports to highlight trends and evaluate business performance against expectations and historical data Ad hoc Analysis u00b7 Supports agency leadership by providing data and analysis to solve business problems. u00b7 Extract and summarize data from Groupe financial software to assist leadership team Qualifications Qualifications u00b7 Bacheloru2019s degree in Finance or Accounting u00b7 New York City Manhattan office 3x/wk hybrid schedule u00b7 Relevant internship experience and/or 1+ years of work experience considered u00b7 Strong technical skills, especially Microsoft Excel (Vlookups, Pivot Tables, etc.) u00b7 Effective communication skills u00b7 Excellent organizational, analytical and problem solving skills u00b7 Comfortable digging through large volumes of reporting for key operational findings u00b7 Ability to work with confidential information professionally and discretly u00b7 Ability to maintain and grow positive stakeholder relationships u00b7 Self-motivation to work independently u00b7 Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment Additional Information Our Publicis Groupe motto u201cViva La Diffu00e9renceu201d means weu2019re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. Compensation Range: $65,000 - $75,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
