As a senior product manager on the App & Web Ordering product team, you will play a critical role in creating smart, seamless experiences that make ordering at Starbucks a cherished part of our customersu2019 daily ritual. You will lead efforts to optimize the ordering journey and develop new features that deepen customer connections and drive business growth. _As a_ _senior product manager_ _, you willu2026_ + Create strategy to deliver key user & business outcomes under guidance of Group Manager, Digital Product + Lead product discovery process including ideation, opportunity assessment & business casing + Analyze and synthesize different datasets to create a clear narrative + Oversee development & execution of product roadmap while managing trade offs + Work with engineering, product, UX, operations and marketing to ensure successful development & product launch + Lead cross-functional teams to assess current app capabilities and define future-state vision, architecture, and experience + Monitor post launch performance & adjust as needed + Peer mentor for junior talent _We'd love to hear from people with:_ + Bachelors degree + Minimum 5+ years progressive responsibility in Digital Product Management + Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical teams. + Proficient with the application of quantitative and qualitative data analysis + Curious, highly motivated self starter + Experience with customer research design and experiment design and A/B testing _Preferred qualifications:_ + Bachelors degree in business, marketing, computer science, or engineering + Advanced degree + Existing knowledge of product domain, users or market + Strong track record in mobile application transformation or modernization projects As a Starbucks partner, you (and your family) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, and other voluntary insurance benefits. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
