But at the heart of our business is our people. Role Purpose As a Menzies Aviation Ramp Duty Manager, you will be directly responsible for overseeing ramp supervisors on your shift. The Ramp Duty Manager will take accountability for safety, resource management, operation standards, policy implementation, and client relations. What you will be doing + Shift Leadership & Performance: Fully accountable for health & safety, operational efficiency, and financial outcomes during assigned shift. + Resource & Compliance Management: Plan resource allocation across business units and ensure adherence to internal and external operational standards. + Employee Development & Oversight: Mentor staff, conduct training per company and airline standards, and address performance and conduct issues. + Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular liaison with internal teams, external agencies, and customer representatives. + Reporting & Project Support: Produce routine reports, support business development projects, and complete investigations for senior management. + Other duties as assigned.
