Job Description

Mindray DS USA, Inc. seeks a System Implementation Specialist to schedule and perform installations and system add-ons of ultrasound systems according to customer requirements and survey specifications. Ensure that system performance meets product specifications by completing verification testing. Perform assigned installation or upgrade tasks and project manage installations. Serve as the lead installer, coordinating with the Hospital, Project managements, Clinical Education and Implementation assets to deliver a quality installation and completing complex go lives. Document all activities in accordance with MINDRAY NA Service Administrative and Quality system policies and procedures, including but not limited to MDR and field corrections. Provide a second line of service support by responding on-site to unusual or otherwise difficult problems which are beyond the local service representatives’ capabilities. Provide on-call telephone support after normal working hours to assist the local service representatives, clinical representatives, or customer to resolve service issues. Advise or recommend solutions to minimize down-time. Schedule and coordinate system updates as required. Telecommuting permitted. 100% domestic travel required to perform installation and repair at multiple customer medical facilities, primarily in the Southeastern United States. Must live in the Southeastern United States, specifically Georgia, Alabama, or Florida.JOB REQUIREMENTS: Requires 1 year of experience working on telemetry systems. Must have experience with: RF and Telemetry Systems; Microsoft Windows OS; IT Network; Completing site survey and tomograph site for medical WIFI coverage; Configuring and installing of central station; Programming and installing server, switches, gateways and AP’s; Performing go live rollout of all programed Medical and Networking Equipment including patient monitors, printers, workstations, remote nurse station viewers and war rooms; Data center installation of servers, switches, UPS and patch panels; and Conducting inventory of all devices and equipment. 100% domestic travel required to perform installation and repair at multiple customer medical facilities, primarily in the Southeastern United States.
