Job Description

Creare is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Business Assistant to join our Accounting department. This role primarily focuses on providing administrative support for the timely and accurate processing of Accounts Payable. The position also involves collecting and preparing backup paperwork, data entry, filing, photocopying, and other tasks as assigned within the department. Key Responsibilities - Process and verify invoices and other documents for Accounts Payable. - Collect, organize, and prepare necessary backup documentation. - Perform data entry tasks related to Accounts Payable and other accounting functions. - Maintain accurate filing systems, both physical and digital. - Assist with photocopying, document management, and general office support. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the Accounting department. Position Details - Part-Time: This role is part-time, approximately 20 hours per week, focused on Accounts Payable support. - Full-Time Opportunity: For candidates who can provide broader administrative and accounting support, the role may be expanded to full-time.
