In this role, you'll work closely with licensed physical therapists to deliver high-quality, personalized treatment that helps patients of all ages thrive. What You'll Do: + Provide hands-on physical therapy treatments based on plans developed by licensed physical therapists. + Monitor patient progress and recommend adjustments to treatment plans. + Maintain a clean, organized work environment and assist with clerical tasks. + Safely transport patients and ensure a comfortable experience. + Supervise therapy volunteers and support staff as needed. + Rotate through different treatment areas to support team needs. Who You'll Work With: + Pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. + A collaborative team of therapists and healthcare professionals. + School and community partners to support patient care and education. Responsibilities Include: + Delivering effective, evidence-based therapeutic interventions. + Documenting treatments and patient progress accurately and thoroughly. + Participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and departmental initiatives. + Maintaining productivity standards and contributing to a positive team culture. + Communicating clearly with supervisors and team members to ensure safe, high-quality care.
