If you're looking for a firm with a strong team connection where you can be your whole self, have an impact, advance your skills, deepen your experiences, and have the flexibility and access to constantly find new areas of inspiration and expand your capabilities, then consider a career in Advisory.KPMG is currently seeking a Manager in Enterprise Solutions for our Consulting practice.Responsibilities:Lead full lifecycle OneStream implementations, including strategy, architecture, configuration, testing, and deployment.Design and optimize financial consolidation and reporting solutions tailored to client needs and aligned with industry best practices; Oversee data migration and integration with ERP and financial systems.Develop and maintain technical documentation, including requirements, specifications, and process flows.Deliver client training and provide subject matter expertise on OneStream functionality.Supervise and mentor cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and application development; Manage engagements in accordance with KPMG's financial and cost management policies.Support business development efforts, including proposal development and client presentations; Serve as the primary client contact, building trusted relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle.Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environmentQualifications:Minimum five (5) years of experience leading OneStream implementationsBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field.; Actively holds a OneStream CertificationExperience configuring OneStream application, including the coding of business rules, and building of interfacesExperiencing serving in a solution architect capacityStrong technical proficiency in the OneStream platform and financial consolidation processes; Proven experience in EPM system design, process alignment, and data integrity.Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.Ability to travel as needed to support client engagements.Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
