Treasury Analyst

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Role Snapshot The Treasury Analyst isresponsible for assisting the Treasury department in managing thecompany's liquidity and partnering with outside advisors to manage theinvestment portfolios. The role is responsible for recording andreporting cash and investment activity in compliance with accountingregulations. The Treasury Analyst will help ensure that the company'sfinancial resources are efficiently allocated and help mitigatefinancial risks. Salary Range $60,000 - $75,000 The base pay offeredfor this position may vary within the posted range based on yourjob-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hybrid Work Location Thisposition will be hybrid, having the regional availability to come in ourOffice on a day or two a week cadence. Our office location: WPSCorporate Center Building - 1717 W. Broadway in Madison, WI. Onsite workwill be tailored for team cohesion, strategy, planning andcollaboration. In this role you will: Monitor daily cash flow, income,liability obligations, and assets to ensure sufficient liquidity foroperational needs. Support the Financial Planning team on thedevelopment of cash flow forecasts. Develop, monitor, and analyze bankfees including credit card and cash management expenses. Supportcorporate accounting and financial planning as they relate to Treasurytransactions and entity structures. Serve as Treasury Liaison with thecompany's business units for the setup of bank accounts, services, andresolution of bank inquiries and related matters. Develop and maintainpositive banking relationships with depository banks. Adhere to monthend schedules for reconciliations of all cash and investment relatedaccounts, all month-end processes, and all related journal entries.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash positioning reports. Providesupport for both internal and external audits. Prepare monthly,quarterly, and annual investment compliance and performance reporting.Assist with presentation materials for Executive Leadership, Board ofDirectors, and regulatory bodies.
