Follow all safety policies, standards, and procedures in order to achieve a safe and healthy work environment for all staff, customers, and visitors. Similarly support Inland Group of Companies environmental commitments by helping to limit our organization's impact on the ecosystem;Abide by Inland Group of Companies procedural handbooks, operational plans, and directives of management to ensure that all work is done according to specifications and/or regulations;Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations of production equipment;Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure peak performance of equipment;Utilize technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues;Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to monitor equipment for performance, safety, and effectiveness;Perform equipment failure analysis to diagnose and repair equipment problems;Log equipment modifications and maintenance details;Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment;Other duties assigned.Required Skills and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent required;Strong mechanical background;Ability to lift up to 50 pounds;Ability to work independently to achieve project goals before deadline;Ability to work well with others in a manufacturing setting;Knowledge of balancing and/or alignment systems;Must provide their own basic hand tools standard and metric up to 1
