Our approach blends Mechanical Diagnosis & Therapy (MDT), Pilates-based rehab, and cutting-edge regenerative technologies like Shockwave and EMTT to deliver unmatched results.Were growing fast - and ready to take this business to the next level. That means building a world-class Physical Therapy Department that fuels our expanding Regenerative Medicine and Longevity programs - and we need a Clinical Director to make that happen.Who Were Looking For:Youre not just a great clinician. Youre a builder, a coach, and a strategic thinker who thrives on growth and helping others achieve excellence.Youre ready to:Take ownership of the recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training of PTs and support staff.Develop clear standards, systems, and SOPs that ensure consistent, world-class outcomes.Lead and mentor a team of up to 5-6 clinicians and techs - helping them grow both personally and professionally.Partner with our CEO and General Manager to elevate operations and scale our clinical, regenerative therapy, and longevity offerings.Protect the energy of the CEO by owning the PT department - keeping it running smoothly and exceptionally.You understand that leadership is about results, relationships, and raising the bar for everyone around you.What Youll Be Doing:This is a hybrid clinical and leadership role designed for someone who loves treating patients and building systems.Treatment: 24-26 hours/week of 1-on-1 patient care (60-minute sessions, all cash-pay)Leadership/Development: 10-12 hours/week focused on: Recruitment and onboarding of new PTsLeading weekly clinical trainingsDeveloping SOPs and performance tracking systemsConducting 1:1s and performance reviewsCollaborating with leadership on business and department growthThis Role Is Perfect For You If...Youre growth-minded and love leading others to success.You naturally take charge and can balance empathy with accountability.You think about the business even when youre not at work - because you care about impact.Youre energized by solving problems, building systems, and seeing your team thrive.You want to be part of something bigger - helping create a scalable, sellable company that redefines how people experience healthcare.
