Manufacturing Analyst

Business Analyst - Onsite (Must be local to ATL Area)This position will serve as a key liaison between multiple departments focusingon identifying and analyzing business needs to drive process improvements andstrategic initiatives. This role involves gathering and analyzing data to inform decisionmaking. This role will collaborate with stakeholders to develop solutions that enhanceoperational efficiency, margin improvement, and growth initiatives.ResponsibilitiesSupport other departments by identifying issues, delivering recommendationsand implementing solutions.Develop strategies that support operational and product changes and providecontinuous improvements.Improve communication processes regarding distribution of information,identification of trends and variations beyond established limits.Document processes and procedures.Conduct cross department meetings to gather, document, and ensure accuratedata is used for pricing, forecasting, and product configurator.Analyze and develop product configuration standards, processes, proceduresand strategies.Work with business development, operations and accounting to develop andmaintain correct product configurator inputs and outputs regarding routings,BOM, pick lists, build instructions, options, pricing and costing formulas.Work closely with Sales and Product Groups to refine, enhance and maximizepricing strategies.Identify and lead cross functional projects to improve efficiency and effectivenessof pricing process that covers multiple business channels.Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisionsStructure large data sets to find usable informationQualificationsDemonstrated skills in the analysis of a variety of complex variables with anunderstanding of their financial and operational impactsAbility to handle multiple data-intensive projects simultaneously and to deal with changing prioritiesMust be able to explain complex functions in simple and understandable languageStrong reasoning skills including troubleshooting logic flows, drive to produce accurate outputs and excellent written and verbal communications skillsRequires strong problem solving, project management, data mining and configuration knowledgeEducation Required Bachelors degree in finance, IT, Mathematics, Economics or business-related fieldWork experience in manufacturingBase Salary 80k-100k DOE plus Excellent BenefitsPlease send your resume to
