This role is crucial for ensuring that all services are provided in compliance with professional, clinical competency standards, and all applicable state and federal regulatory requirements, including PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) and ADHC regulations.u003c/pu003eu003cpu003eKey responsibilities include overseeing the performance of the rehabilitation therapy staff, managing business planning, and developing the departmental budget.
