Better Health. Position Objective:The Regional Practice Manager is an administrative role and is responsible for providing 5 Star Service while leading and supporting clinic operations. The incumbent will report to the Senior Regional Manager (or similar role) and will be responsible for overseeing the operations and strategic initiatives of multiple healthcare clinics within a designated region. This role involves guiding physicians and care teams in healthcare environments to ensure the highest standards of patient care and operational performance.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain a successful platform of people, processes, and technology to deliver on our culture and purposeRecognize opportunities and work collaboratively to design and implement solutions for clinic operationsAct as project manager for clinic acquisitions, moves, and openings within the regionMeet regularly with clinic leadership (Providers, Office Managers, and/or Team Leads) to provide up-to-date reporting of metrics and solve challengesGuide, coach, and drive the team to meet and exceed our goalsCoordinate resources and departments to set goals and effectively work through Quality and STARS Program for each officeManage and oversee Whiteboard Program in conjunction with Office Managers or Team LeadsLead Care Coordination efforts in conjunction with Health Services to work proactive outreach call listsRecruit, develop, train, and motivate a best-in-class care teamEngage in proactive outreach to passive candidates, utilizing referrals from existing team membersAssist in scheduling interviews with clinic teams and serve as a communication conduit for all recruiting processes within assigned clinicsCreate training plans for individual team members based on skill setConduct bi-weekly follow-ups for new team membersEnsure completion and submission of Clinical Competency checklists for each new team member to Team ResourcesCounsel and coach Office Managers and Team Leads on leadership tacticsCreate and set the tone for a culture of 5-Star ServiceDirectly manage Office Managers in the region and teams without Office Managers.Provide operational oversight and support to providers (physicians and mid-levels)Onboard new team members with orientation to VIPcare culture and monitor/design training programs as necessaryCollaborate effectively with other operational team leaders and physicians.Provide extraordinary customer service to all team members and other departments through regularly scheduled meetingsServe as liaison and oversight for clinic improvements and problem-solving related to IT, Facilities, VIP Helpline, Network Operations, and other internal departmentsKnow our business, our industry, and our care model to meaningfully contribute to shaping the future of healthcareIdentify areas of strategic growth within the region for new office expansionAssist with Physician Recruitment to regional clinicsSteer clinic growth in conjunction with the Marketing TeamPosition Requirements/ Skills:At least 5 years of experience within a healthcare or clinical management settingDirect management of teams and communication with physiciansExperience building and cultivating clinic teamsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionProficient with Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for real-time collaborationPhysical Requirements:Ability to sit for extended periods of timeAbility to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, reach and pullAbility to operate a motor vehicleKey Attributes/ Skills:Has a contagious and positive work ethic, inspires others, and models the behaviors of core values and guiding principlesAn effective team player who contributes valuable ideas and feedback and can be counted on to meet commitmentsIs able to work within our Better Health environment by facing tasks and challenges with energy and passionPursues activities with focus and drive, defines work in terms of success, and can be counted on to complete goalsDemonstrated ability to handle data with confidentialityAbility to work cross-functionally with multiple teams; ability to work independently with minimal supervisionExcellent organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills; must be comfortable communicating with senior-level leadership, providers, and health plansStrong interpersonal and presentation skillsStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsMust be results-oriented with a focus on quality execution and deliveryAppreciation of cultural diversity and sensitivity toward target patient populationCompensation & Benefits:We offer acompensation and comprehensive benefits package:Competitive base salary with bonus potential upon placement/retentionMedical, dental, vision, disability and life401k, with employer matchPaid time offPaid holidays
