Enterprise Mobility has an opening for Full Time License and Title Clerk (MVD) at our Group Headquarters in Chandler, AZ (4100 W. Galveston)!This non-customer facing position will support our Car Sales department, who is responsible for the retail sales of our vehicles. The License & Title DMV Clerk provides support for the Enterprise/National/Alamo car rental brands with responsibility for administrative processing of license and title paperwork for initial registrations, renewals and other items relating to the licensing, titling, and plating of our vehicles. The ideal candidate is a professional and self-motivated team player with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Process vehicle title and registration applications accurate and in a timely manner.Assigning titles, ensuring compliance of procedures and accurate documentationMaintain organized records of all transactions and ensure compliance with state regulationsProcess duplicate titles or replacement license plates as neededForwarding titles to various departments or teamsas neededSupporting the team with title and license plate issuesWorking with local dealerships and ADOT to ensure complianceCustomer Service and Telephone handlingVarious administrative duties as assignedEqual Opportunity Employer/Disability/VeteransMust have a High School Diploma or GEDMust be at least 18 years old.Must have 6 months of experience inan administrative role.Must have prior License and Title experienceMVD (Motor Vehicle Division) and/or MAX system experience preferredMust have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 3 years (ie., DUI/DWI).Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.PC knowledge with experience in Office 365, Word, & Excel required.
