And we’re just getting started!The HVAC Services Manager will be responsible for the oversight of all HVAC-related building activities within our 270+ Corporate Clubs ensuring efficient operations, compliance with Company service expectations, and will provide a high level of service delivery.The HVAC Services Manager will be responsible for managing all vendor relationships, HVAC service requests, scheduling maintenance, reviewing, providing support during emergency situations, and approving all repair and replacement quotes while ensuring efficient and effective communication to support an exceptional member experience.This role will follow our hybrid work schedule out of our Hampton, NH office and this role will be expected to travel into the field no more than 25% of the time.Efficiently handle all Fitness EMS work orders, emails, and inquiries related to HVAC systems in the clubs.Maintain daily updates to Fitness EMS HVAC work orders, ensuring accurate records of communication, repairs, and updates.Responsible for reviewing and approving service quotes up to company authorized threshold.Manage vendor coordination related to service, repairs, and maintenance.Schedule, dispatch, and follow up with HVAC service vendors throughout the work order process to ensure timely and quality service.Conduct on-site troubleshooting calls with technicians and review service call protocols with vendors.Monitor vendor adherence to service standards and escalate issues of noncompliance to the Senior Director of Facilities.Recommend new HVAC vendors for consideration to improve service delivery and expand the vendor network.Maintain accurate records of HVAC assets in partnership with Save Energy Systems.Evaluate replacement quotes, collaborating with the Facilities Supervisor and Senior Director of Facilities to make informed recommendations.Responsible for providing emergency response to support a 24/7 operation.Provide phone-based support to Facilities Supervisors and club teams during emergency situations, including off-hours.Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related field preferred5-7 years of experience in HVAC operations management or facilities management. Prior experience in vendor management is a plusStrong understanding of HVAC systems, repair protocols, and asset management software.
