Founded in 1935 and headquartered in New Jersey, Imperial Dade serves as a mission-critical partner to more than 120,000 customers through our footprint of 130+ branches.**All correspondence will come directly from Imperial Dade and not a personal email address.**You will:Train new selectors on the selection process Train warehouse employees and others regarding safety-related issuesAudit pallets and workAssist with loading, inspecting, and ensuring proper load quality.Collaborate with the supervisor to cover the desk when necessaryInvestigate incidents, accidents, and work-related injuriesPrepare and submit accident-related compliance forms and maintain filesDevelop various safety reports and cost-saving recommendations Develop employees engaged in safety, training, and/or compliance processes.You have:High school diploma, GED, or equivalent3 years of Warehouse Distribution experience2 years of Double Electric Pallet Jack experience2 years of Sit-Down and Stand-Up Forklift experience2 years of RF Scanner experience2 years of Selecting experience in a fast-paced environment2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a safety roleOSHA Certification for all material handling equipmentEngaging interpersonal skills and a safety mindset We offer a dynamic environment for our more than 7,500 employees to work, learn, and grow professionally.
