If you share a similar passion for nurturing and empowering the success of others, along with the opportunity to have an impact on the lives of others, we are eager to connect with you!The Center Development Coordinator provides assistance to the management team to ensure successful service delivery to over 50 learning centers and offices.This is a full-time remote position.Salary starting at $55,000/annually. Compensation will be based on qualifications, including experience, education, and certifications.Provide general overall facility site set up services, including continuous monitoring of set up/delivery of materials.Address client inquiries and concerns ensuring timely and quality issue resolution and service deliveryFollow up with clients to ensure customer satisfactionRespond to all inquiries and complaints, assess problems and take the necessary corrective actionIdentify and coordinate with outside contractors for the installation and delivery of equipmentMaintain on-going communication with contractors, client, and teamFollow protocol for effective building-specific maintenance and safety proceduresAssist with site inspections and coordination of utilitiesCreate work orders, assign, and monitor work orders as neededReport on open and closed work orders and check the status of open work orders with the assigned partyRequest, review, and submit work orders, bids, and proposals from vendorsVerify final invoice pricing and process payments in a timely mannerAssist in the monitoring and assessment of vendor performanceManage service and performance of vendors and landlords for timely completion of jobsCreate and record appropriate written communication between all partiesSchedule and document installation and repairs on building equipmentCommunicate frequently with client, landlords, and vendors to resolve issues and provide project status updatesAssist with measuring and reporting key performance indicators against service level agreementsProduce and maintain Emergency Action Plans for each facilityManage building access vendor, contract, and code assignmentA minimum of 2 years of work experience in an administrative, accounting or tenant services capacityExperience with data entry, expansive reporting, filing, answering phones, scheduling and communicationsPrevious customer service experiencePrior experience working in the facilities/property management, commercial real estate or professional services industries preferredWorking knowledge of lease terms, the reconciliation process for Common Area Maintenance, insurance, and real estate taxesProficient in understanding management agreements and contract languageWorking knowledge of computer software programs and base building systemsComputer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgmentExcellent interpersonal skillsAbility to work a flexible schedule as needed, including but not limited to overnight travel, on call after hours and weekendsLEARN Behavioral offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits plan, including 401(k), personal time off, paid holidays, and tuition reimbursement.LEARN Behavioral is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
