As theDepartment Lead, you will play a crucial role in supporting our comprehensive order fulfillment solutions department including business-to-business (B2B) and direct-to-consumer (D2C) customers. This role will report to the Supervisor and manage and assign daily tasks, support attendance monitoring, provide training, provide quality assurance and daily oversight of the assigned team. The employee is required to use hands and fingers to operate, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms.
