Works closely with Processing Line/Shift Supervisors on coordinating priorities of products to best utilize the process tanks in the most efficient and safest manner possible and in meeting required production schedules. Essential Job Duties/ResponsibilitiesStrives to produce consistency from load to load and shift to shift by means of communication and teamworkIdentifies and escalates issues with product in the raw stateNotify the supervisor of problems such as excessive oil, deep and blind holes, areas that may air pocket, corrosion, galvanic, etc.Must be able to recommend process adjustments to meet end product specificationsDisplays good communication and ability to interact effectively with othersProvides proper shift handoff Keeps all work areas and equipment clean, safe, and orderlyResponsible for immediately reporting any equipment problems to via designated procedureEscalates any issues or ideas for tooling improvement via facility protocolWork EnvironmentSharp parts, sharp tooling, heavy carts, occasional hot and cold temperature and humidity levels, heat from ovens, moderate noise levels, limited hand and air tool use, compressed airMust be able to life 30-50 lbs. unassistedMust be able to differentiate between color variancePotential splash exposure near process linesVarious chemicals used in processEducation/QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not requiredAbility to effectively utilize language: speaking, reading, and writing.Must possess effective verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
