If so, Horton Animal Hospital Northeast is looking for a receptionist to add to our front desk team. This is a part-time afternoon/evening position. We are specifically seeking availability on Thursdays and Fridays, with a rotating Saturday schedule. Additional availability on other afternoons is a plus, as it helps us cover occasional staffing shortages. A love of animals and a customer service background is a great fit for this position.Our Veterinary Receptionists are the face of our practice. This role plays an important part in our community reputation and in supporting our clients and patients by providing great customer service.Daily responsibilities include:Managing multiple phone linesBooking appointmentsGreeting clients.Processing paymentsAssist with pet supply purchasesUpdate patient’s chartsEnsuring that the reception area is clean and comfortable for clients.We are a well-established five doctor hospital with many bells and whistles including ultrasound, digital radiology, laser therapy, in house blood machines, and top-of-the-line monitoring equipment.
