Responsible for executing full life cycle recruiting activities and managing the candidate experience for several of our subsidiary infrastructure construction businesses. Create and manage requisitions including assess job specification criteria, identify screening questions, and determine candidate interview approach, interview potential candidates as well as gather and consolidate feedback from interview and complete interview elevation documentation; negotiate job offer details with candidate. The Talent Specialist will partner with the HR Coordinator to deliver seamless recruitment experience.Location: This is a remote position with up to 10% travel as needed. This position supports companies across the United States. Must be able to work within business hours Monday-Friday between 7am-6pm of the applicable time zone. Preference given for the Central Time Zone.
