University Radiology, the largest provider of subspecialty radiology and teleradiology services in NJ, is comprised of over 200 Board Certified radiologists with advanced U.S.-based training and expertise in all modalities and all subspecialty areas. In operation for more than 60 years, University Radiology staffs, manages and provides preliminary and final subspecialty interpretations and consultative support for hospitals, imaging centers and other medical facilities, and serves as the academic radiology faculty at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Our physicians interpret over 2.1 million radiology procedures per year.Executes all responsibilities assigned to the PACS Support Analyst roleTrains, supports and validates the compliance of all tasks and responsibilities for other Analysts on the shiftMaintains open communication with Analysts about Call Center tasks and URG policiesListens for opportunities for improvement presented by the staff and presents these to the ManagerProvides feedback to Manager about employee concerns and suggestions to insure a good working environmentOversees the adoption by the Analysts of any new Call Center policies and proceduresPerforms annual performance review of Analysts (direct reports) - providing on-line documentation and completing an interactive in-person meeting session with the AnalystArranges schedules for Holiday shift coveragePerforms other functions when assignedHigh School Diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree preferredExcellent communication, organizational and training skills requiredKnowledge of MS Office Applications desiredExcellent interpersonal skills desiredAbility to work well under pressure desiredSelf-starter with the ability to work independently desiredUniversity Radiology offers a comprehensive benefits program including medical, dental and life insurance, 401k/pension, and profit-sharing plans, generous paid time off policy and more.
