Mountain Home Services is looking for an outgoing, detail-oriented person to join our growing home services team. The companyencourages allqualified candidates who are eligible to work in the United States to apply, but it does not sponsor applicants or employees who require a visa to work legally.What Will I Do?Lead Coordination & Client Engagement:Serve as the first point of contact for incoming leads via phone, email, and web inquiries.Qualify leads and schedule appointments for estimators or service teams.Maintain and update CRM systems with lead details, follow-ups, and status changes.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff and follow-through.Track lead conversion metrics and provide regular updates to management.Administrative Support (Varied & Evolving):Perform a variety of changing administrative tasks to support client intake and operational needs.Coordinate and submit permit applications for HVAC and other home service projects.Assist with scheduling, document preparation, and internal communications as needed.Stay flexible and responsive to shifting priorities in a dynamic work environment.
