Contact Center Representative

Provides effective quality service through telephone or electronic interactions with members by using effective listening skills to identify financial needs. Offers solutions to account problems or concerns, troubleshoots complex account issues, and accurately and efficiently completes transactions. Demonstrates ability to make quality referrals and maintains extensive product knowledge on a full range of financial products and services. Interviews and accurately processes a variety of consumer loan products.Effectively builds trust with members and internal staff by embodying and demonstrating the Core Values of the organization (Trust, Advocacy, Prosperity, Equity, Empathy, and Simplicity). Demonstrates value and difference by expertly informing our communities of effective financial products, services, and solutions to help them attain their full potential.Compensation:Minimum $20.34/hourMaximum $34.60/hourApplicants with a desired mix of knowledge, skills and abilities can expect to be offered the following depending on the level they best fit:CCRI $20.34 - $29.06CCRII $22.28 - $31.83CCRIII $24.22 - $34.60Two years of vocational or college level education in general studies, business, finance, or related field, preferred.Completion of Achieving Service Excellence and related lending trainings, BVS and other courses assigned.
