In addition to competitive salaries and benefits, JCPRD offers the chance to be part of a professional, inclusive, and growing team.Greeting participants and providing a high level of customer service.Responsible for the preparation of lessons plans, instructing, and evaluating class participants.Lead group of 8 students per session.Arrive on time and prepare needed equipment. Track attendance and communicate program updates to participants.Respond quickly to all emergencies and administer first aid as needed.Must have a strong understanding of Mah Jongg and be well-versed in the official game rules.Starting salary $14.00 per hour or higher (depending on experience).Instructors are responsible for providing their own instructional materials, tracking class attendance, starting/ending class on time and turning in paperwork in a timely manner.Must exhibit initiative in the absence of supervision. Have a positive attitude and show professionalism in communications.Experience working with older adults, confident managing multiple participants at a time, and the ability to create a fun environment.JCPRD requires reference/background screening for all positions. Specified criteria may vary by Department.
