Hiring is contingent upon our team being awarded the contract. **Responsibilities:Provides expertise in guiding Lean-Agile implementations, applying deep knowledge of SAFe/agile practices and principles to facilitate success.Ensure SAFe/Agile implementation alignment with the organization’s strategic goals and objectivesSupports PI Planning and execution with various businesses, portfolio, program, and functional stakeholders to establish priorities, set objectives, identify risks, and prepare and support the launch of agile release trains (ARTs)Develops, reviews, and updates value stream maps, leading workshops to identify development and operational value streams and develop action plans for continual improvementsProvides agile coaching for all roles, levels, and experiencesReviews and recommends Agile metrics, reports, and tools, ensuring the organization organizes around value with relevant and impactful KPIs and OKRsRequired Education/Experience/Skills:Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or collegeMust have an active Secret Clearance or higherMust have a minimum of fifteen (15) of software development and a minimum of six (6) years of experience in leading SAFe/Lean-Agile implementations, advising on SAFe/Agile implementation best practices, and supporting transformational change and adoptionMust possess active Certified SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC), Certified SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE), and Certified SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certifications. No substitutions or equivalencies are permitted.
